McMillan is happy to announce the promotion of Jason Redmond to Director, Digital Experience, in yet another move to elevate the agency’s digital competencies.

“The combination of Jason’s leadership and knowledge of the digital landscape will only optimize our projects and extend our clients’ successes at every touchpoint.”

Redmond left Klipfolio to join McMillan in February 2018, when the agency acquired Ottawa-based experience design shop Fancy Boys, where Redmond had previously worked as a project manager. Since then, he’s overseen—from strategy to launch—the technical components of several of McMillan’s large-scale web projects.

“Jason’s played a critical role in bridging the digital gap between our clients and their customers,” says Hyams, “and we look forward to him elevating that relationship even further.”
